For visitors using wheelchairs
There is a ramp next to the front entrance of the museum.
Please note that we do not have an elevator, and the second floor is not accessible by wheelchair.
For visitors with infants
Baby strollers can be checked in if necessary. Please ask at the office.
For visitors with hearing disability
Written communication service is available. Please ask at the office.
Admission of Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing-assistance dogs are allowed.
Accessible restroom
An accessible restroom is located near the main entrance on the first floor.
It is also accessible for wheelchair users, baby strollers, and people with large luggage.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
An AED is a medical device used to restore the heart to its normal rhythm by delivering an electric shock when the heart is in a state of spasm (ventricular fibrillation).
It is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
