【Ended】Thinking about the War
June 17, 2023 – July 30, 2023
This exhibition is held every year in connection with a lecture at Niigata University.
This year’s exhibition focuses on the effects of the war as seen in textbooks and maps, and also introduces new materials such as victory commemorative stamp books and documents written by soldiers of the Takada 30th Infantry Regiment.
The actual “war relics” will help students and the public to feel and think about the horrors of war and the importance of peace.
