【Ended】Workshop: Hands-on event of painting works collaborated with “Tiger and Dragon”by IKARASHI Syunmei
September 23, 2023
While enjoying traditional Japanese techniques and the usage of drawing tools, participants will create a semi-3D screen in the shape of clouds with students of Niigata University, and apply projection mapping technology to create a new creative space in which they can take the initiative in bringing Syunmei’s “Tiger and Dragon” (owned by Yahiko Shrine) to life on the screen. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the screen as if they were in the artist’s shoes.
